Tips On Using Hashtags For Higher Profits

It is impossible to share all the traffic tactics I have discovered in a single post, for now we will take a look at leveraging Google Traffic with the Hashtag. What this ultimately result to when leveraged correctly is Google Page One Exposure. Not Page One Ranking, but Page One Exposure and there is a huge difference between the two.
There are several methods that will result in Google Page One exposure, which is also how you build High Authority Backlinks to your site. This in turn boost the Google Ranking of your site, everything online has a purpose, but more importantly a sequence.
By using this same Hashtag tactic and literally pressing a "button", to see what happens. To my surprise I found my posts with Google+ on the first search result page. You are going to be using the keywords you wish to target as Hashtags, no more that 2 - 3 Hashtags per post. Remember that content is the only magic wand to conversion of any kind.
Targeting the Highest Converting Hashtags
hashtag-480.jpg
If you would like to know which Hashtags are trending on Twitter, then you need Hashtags Dot Org. Simply log in with your Twitter Credentials, you may also want to Follow Hashtags Dot Org.
You will see the following options; Trending on Twitter, Twitter Terminology, Why Use Hashtags?, What's The Point?, What is a (#) Hashtag?, How To Start a Hashtag, History of Hashtags, Allowed Hashtag Letters, Hashtag Analytics, Twitter Etiquette 101.
For the purpose of this demonstration you want to click on "Trending on Twitter". You will the results to the Upward or Downward trending Hashtags, but more importantly the Most Popular Hashtags. Please base your selection of Hashtags not only on your profitable niche, but also the keywords you wish to rank for.
So now you know how to obtain the most popular Hashtags, great. Now what, where and how can you use them to focus on Google? All you will need is your free Google Account.
Once inside your Google+ Profile you will see two options which you want to focus on next. They are "Collections" and "Communities", which are pretty much like Facebook Pages and Groups. A collection is like having a Page, and the Community will mirror a Group. Just to give you a basic idea of the difference between the two.
Creating a Google Collection
This is done by simply clicking on "Collections", and then easily create a Collection. But similar to a blog or website, you want your title and content to target all 3 categories of Keywords you wish to target. Short Tail, Long Tail and Anchor Text.
Now your Graphic content is equally important, if not even more so because you wish to attract attention. Colour plays a very important role when it comes to conversion... just a thought. But also you want to share royalty free images, so you don't step on any toes.
There are several sites that will provide you with high-definition images within just about any niche you can think of. You simply enter "Royalty Free Images" into your web browser, and check out the sites on the search result page. Take your time and find which sites will provide you with exactly what you are looking for based on your profitable niche.
Now a great idea would be creating a collection focusing on something like your blog, so you share your blog content and expertise within the collection. Never share Any Affiliate Links Anywhere on the Internet, a professional post will always present a link to a dedicated domain like a blog or website. Your aim is to get those visitors to your own personal site, and get recognized as a Professional.
Once your collection is created, you are ready to create your first Community too. But don't post anything yet, we will get to that. For now you just want to create One Collection and One Community, so we can work from there.
Creating a Google Community
Pretty much exactly the same as creating a collection, but bear in mind the similarity to a Facebook Group. Again you must target your keywords in your Community Title.
Once you have successfully created both your sites, it's now time to add the "Secret Sauce" by adding your first posts. But don't just flood your profiles with random posts, be objective and target your audience.
While using the Hashtags you selected, you will now need interesting and useful content to populate your Collection and Community. You need to inspire an audience's curiosity to want to know more, once that happens you will gain followers automatically. And when targeting is done correctly you will gain followers who are actually interested in your content and solutions.
Once you have populated your Collection and Community with keyword rich content and the Hashtag, you also want to share your posts to all your social profiles. Google allows you to share your posts to your Google+ Profile, Facebook and Twitter or even copy the post link should you wish to present it elsewhere.
A Collection and Community is like a sub-domain within Google, so when your posts show up on the first search result to a certain keyword then those visitors are ultimately directed to your blog or website. Remember, always try to share posts with links to your personal domains like blogs and websites, your affiliate offers should be promoted only there.
There is only one other place you should promote cloaked affiliate links and that is to your own email list subscribers, but that is an entire eBook on its own.
Remember that this is a traffic tactic and not a magic button, you need to sacrifice the time to master the sequence. This includes establishing the best dates and times to post that will result in the best conversion. This article is like a structure for you to build from. ByDeon Christie  |  Source

Tips On Using Google Images For Higher Profits

A seldom used technique to drive traffic to web sites is image optimization for search. The success of the Google images directory has made it possible to gain increased market share with just a small amount of work on your site's images. Specifically, you can increase your traffic substantially by appropriate naming and tagging of your display images (by "display images" we are referring to the images that highlight your content, not the images that make up your site's look and feel elements)
google images_480.jpg
Google images optimization Tip #1 > Add ALT tags to your images now
The key is that the image's ALT tag needs to be the same as your site's main KWP (keyword phrase). Most importantly though, each alt tag should be unique. Only include your KWP on an image once on your page. You can use your KWP in other places, content for example, but only include it once in an image. This eliminates any potential search penalties for keyword stuffing.
Google images optimization Tip #2 > Add Title tags to your images
A good title tag serves to further define the purpose of the image and add context relevancy. Just as with the ALT tag, the title tag needs to be unique. Do not repeat it in your page on any other images TITLE tag.
Google images optimization Tip #3 > Follow your image with text containing your keyword.
You will want to include text next to or following your image. The text needs to include your KWP. This is critical to this strategy. Here is an example:
<img src="yourkeywordphrase.jpg" alt="your keyword phrase" title="your keyword phrase">
Then immediately following that, you want to include your text containing your KWP.
Google images optimization Tip #4 > Break free from the Frame!
Once Google indexes your page and your newly optimized images, you will begin to see referrals and traffic to your site from images.google.com. The real beauty of this is, if your site ever slips in the main index (not likely if you are optimizing and back-linking regularly) your Google images referrals should stay consistent during this period or vice versa. It provides an excellent way to hedge against the infamous "Google Dance" that we are all subject to from time to time
In conclusion: Always optimize one image on your page with your site's main keyword phrase in the image name, image ALT tag and image TITLE tag. Also place text in close proximity or directly adjacent to this image that contains that same keyword phrase. Optimize any additional images on your page with your secondary keyword phrases. Only optimize one image per keyword phrase. Happy searches!

Search Engine Optimisation - Understanding Key SEO Terms

seoterms_475.jpg
If you have your own website, you will have come across the term 'search engine optimisation'. The problem is that for many of us, the language of search engine optimisation (SEO) is unfamiliar and perhaps a little scary. There's no doubt that a good SEO strategy is vital for a successful web presence, but how do you know how to implement one unless you know what the terminology means? In order to de-mystify the language of SEO, here's a brief guide to some key SEO terms that you may have heard in relation to updating your website in order to boost your search engine rankings. Remember that having optimised content on your website is essential to perform well in search engines such as Google, so make sure that you get your SEO right, whether you do it yourself or hire a professional SEO company to do it for you.
Key words and phrases
Before you carry out any SEO on your website, you need to identify the key phrases that are most likely to attract the right kind of visitors. Your aim is to convert visitors into sales, so you need to make sure that your website can be found when people search for terms related to your industry. This first stage in your SEO strategy needs to be right; if you're using phrases that aren't really relevant to the products or services you're offering, then regardless of how many hits your website is getting, you're not going to turn any of those visitors into purchasers.
Page URL
Your URL should be different for every page on your website, in order to give the search engines a clear idea of what content can be found on each individual page. Your page URLs will be your domain name followed by a forward slash and some descriptive text (preferably key words). So for a page on your website that focuses on, say, leaflet design, your URL for that page should look like this: domainname.com/leaflet-design This URL clearly indicates to the search engines what content can be found on that page of your website.
Meta Titles
Search engines will look at your meta titles to help decide what category your provision falls into. Your meta title should provide a description in a set of 3 or so phrases and will show in search engine results (and provide the clickable link through to your site) and will also be displayed at the top of the computer screen when visitors are browsing that page. You should use your meta title to show what your company is called, what products or services are promoted on that web page and maybe also the area in which you are based. For example: UK Graphic Design | Print Design Services | Leaflet Design | Your company name
Meta Description
When you do a search on the internet, you'll notice that under the meta title, there are 2 lines of text that provide a further description to the content on that specific web page. This is your meta description and the search engines will use this to decide how relevant your site is to the search terms used - a good meta description can really help to drive quality traffic to your site, so make sure you write this well! You should incorporate your key phrases that are relevant to the page content in your meta description and also use it to promote your products or services.
Meta Keywords
Meta keywords don't have the same importance in your SEO strategy as they used to, but it will do you absolutely no harm to include them anyway. You will have already identified your keywords and phrases at the outset of your SEO campaign, so use these in your website's code to solidify your site's relevance and value.
H1 Tag
The main heading on your website should be formatted as a H1 tag and you should use the keywords or phrase that most closely applies to the content on that page. The copy in your H1 tag will be used by the search engines to index your site and decide whether your website page is relevant to searchers.
Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are internal links to other parts of your website - they help with user navigation and are another powerful SEO tool. Don't use ambiguous terms like 'click here' as your hyperlink, because it won't tell the search engines anything - instead use phrases like 'ask us about our leaflet design services', which give both the user and the search engines clear information about where the link leads.
Hopefully this article will give you a clearer idea about the meaning and application of some of the most common SEO terms. If you're looking for help with your website SEO or internet marketing strategy, there are hundreds of professional SEO companies around who can help - do your own internet search and see how they have implemented some of these key SEO strategies for their own websites!

SEO 101: Lessons for Beginners

seo.jpg
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving a website's structure and content in order to rank high in search results of search engines including but not limited to Google, Bing, and Yahoo. This is done to drive traffic to a website. The higher your rankings are, the more likely your page will be visited. Businesses, both big and small, now hire SEO service providers as part of their digital marketing campaign.
But if you're still wondering what SEO teams do, this will give you an idea on what they can do to help your business grow:
SEO-Friendly Content
Not everything that's well-written skyrocket to the top pages of the search results. Google's system ranks websites based on relevance. SEO service providers make sure that you have accurate page titles and informative meta-descriptions that will help users find your content especially if it's something that concerns them.
While it's good to be creative, using a vague title or metaphor that does not directly mention your topic isn't likely to make your webpage rank. This is especially crucial for niche topics. It's better to be direct to the point and use "How to Get More Leads through Social Media" than use "The Science of Attraction for Businesses". You are, after all, trying to get more customers, not trying to win a Pulitzer Prize.
More than the title, it's the SEO team's job to remind you to center your content on one topic per page. A blog post fails on relevance when it uses too many keywords, or if the actual content has nothing to do with the keyword and was just forced there. While there is a technical aspect of SEO, one of the best ways to rank is still to provide valuable content.
Easily Navigable Sites
SEO experts make sure that your website has a hierarchy that's easy to follow. It should be easy for visitors to go from general content to more specific content. The navigation bar is crucial to this. The SEO team will cluster your content into categories if it's necessary just to make sure page visitors won't get a headache when looking for what they need.
The goal is to make the website user-friendly. Design must follow function. It's a must to avoid complicated schemes in building your website because it discourages your visitors from staying in the website and encourages them to look for other ones.
More than that, it's the SEO team who creates working internal links so that it's easy for visitors to jump to related web pages and to avoid 404 pages.
Creation of Backlinks
All of the things above are on-page efforts. While the goal is to optimize your actual website, it also needs to be referenced by other blogs and websites for it to rank as well. SEO service providers create off-page blogs and submit articles to article submission sites that contain keywords that will link back to your website.
That's just the technical aspect of it. The other part is marketing your content to influencers who will share it on their own blog posts. The goal of any SEO team is to reach a point where your website is organically being recognized as an expert in the field, and referenced by other sites and social media accounts.
An SEO team is usually composed of information technology experts, content developers, and social media managers who work together to create quality content that will eventually lead you to become a trusted reference by users and other websites. They also make sure all your content are optimized for search engines. Hiring an SEO service provider is worth it.

SEO Tips to Get Your Website to the Top of Search Engines - PART ONE

When it comes to the success of digital marketing and finding new customers via the web, keyword optimisation is one of the most important tools you can bet on. Keyword optimisation or keyword research is the act of researching, analysing and selecting the best word or concept of great significance to your product, services or campaign in order to target and drive traffic from search engines such as Google to your website and other digital platforms.
seoone470.jpg
Getting your website or blog on the first page of search engines can be a daunting task if you do not understand the fundamentals of optimisation. Although this tutorial is not guaranteeing you the first place in major search engines, it does point out what one needs to do to be in the Search Engine Optimisation game.
It is much easier than you think and this article is to guide, help and provide you with the basic and key for successful search engine optimisation:
Step 1. Choose the right keywords
It is tough to be the best at everything and that includes Keyword Optimisation. The first step of reaching the top of search results is identifying the right keywords. It can either be a single or multiple words or entire phrases. As you might already be aware of, most searches on the internet are made in the form of a question. Therefore, before you start writing down the keywords, you need to decide which keywords you want to focus on. These are the words people would type into the search engines in order to find your page, blog, website or product.
It is very essential that the word you choose as the keyword is broad enough for lot of people to search for on the internet, but narrow enough that you have a decent chance of getting a high search rank for it on the search engines and results.
For example, the word "shoe" is way too general. However, "Where can I find cheap shoes online" is a pretty good one. Similarly, the word "Europe" is way too general and Wiki sites will normally dominate these top spots. So, "the best holiday destination in Europe" is a much better phrase to focus on.
Here are my top tips for choosing the right Keywords:
Start with customers
Think about who your target audience or customers are. What are they likely to type into the search bar when they are looking for answers where your services can help them? Why not ask existing customers what they would search for?
Weigh up the competition
Although it is important for you to choose words that many of your target audience might be typing into search engines, they should not be words that bigger companies with the most muscles and bigger budget will compete for.
Use Google tools
Guess not only. Google has several good tools which can aid you find what is popular to search.
On Google Trends, a public web facility based on Google Search engine, shows how often a particular search-term is entered relative to the total search-volume across various regions of the world, and in various languages including a list of popular searches. You can also enter keywords and see how popular they are, compared with other phrases and ideas on similar terms - in order to choose the one that most are looking for.
You can also find keywords using Google's ad tool AdWords. You do not necessary have to advertise, you can just create an account and select using the "Keyword Planner" under the "Tools" menu.
Step 2. Customise Your Content
Once you have successfully chosen your keywords, there are a few other things you need to do in order get your site ranked high on search engines. One of such things is content creation. You have to create and distribute relevant and valuable content (such as speech, writing, photograph or any of the various arts) that attracts and engages your well-defined target audience. Content marketing helps us to attract new customers and build loyalty with existing customers.
For existing customers, this could also mean they take part of the relevant content that creates additional sales by learning more about your offer, and is more expensive products/ services than they have done previously. The following are few tips to consider during content creation:
Working actively with texts
Use keywords in the title and preamble of all the pages. Also, include the keywords in the body, the much higher up it is in the text, the better it is for your ranking.
However, be careful not to use your keywords too much. Google may interpret your site as a nonsense page which is only trying to attract traffic and you go down in search results. A rule of thumb is that your content should feel natural and interesting. Which of course is also important for your visitors.
Do not forget your photos!
Rename even your photos with your relevant keywords. This will make it possible for search engines index them and you can get hit even in image search. If you have the opportunity to enter an alternative text for each image, do not let go of such an opportunity.
Step 3. Get visits and links from others
The most important thing for search engines is to deliver good and relevant results, remember that's their primary business. Therefore, priority is given to websites that Search engines deems others rate high or think is good. An example is sites with links and many visitors who stay long to engage with the site. Therefore, this is really important to:
Make sure to get a lot of visits to the page
Ask family and friends to visit your website. Get the link or URL out there as often as possible, for example, you make a video, put it up on YouTube and the links there - but incorporate all the content on your site and link to it there.
Ask others to link to your site
Ask friends, business partners or customers to link to you, perhaps in exchange for a link back or share interesting tips in your field and let others get put up pieces of contents with a link to you.
Share your site on social media
Sharing your website and contents on social media (not forgetting Google+ Google for obvious reasons) is extremely important. It can provide visits to the website, more traffic, attention and higher rankings
Get others to share your site and contents on social media, using "share" buttons. AddThis is a one of the free tools allows you to instantly share or bookmark pages with one easy-to-use tool. AddThis can also get statistics on how much your content is shared.
